Informed by a curiosity for understanding interrelated systems, my work is about finding connections, strengthening organizational structures, and helping others make meaning and meaningful impacts in their lives and in their mission-driven work.

My professional background is steeped in small business and non-profit management. I have significant skills and expertise in marketing, strategic business planning, relational leadership, and environmental education program development.

Since completing a M.Ed. in Spiritual Ecology & Integrative Learning in 2020, I have been writing curriculum designed to listen for the sparks and stories one can observe, understand, and shift in order to affect personal, organizational, and collective influence.

Writing poetry brings me joy and has since I can remember. I find the generative writing process offers individual discovery, and I lead poetry writing workshops which guide participants toward unearthing underlying truths and surprising connections.

Root Systems Consulting combines my business background with my passion for the concepts of entwined ecological systems. My main objective in working with clients is to strengthen relational leadership practices and help them see possibilities and pathways toward an envisioned goal with increased intention and awareness of the interrelated functions within their organization. This often involves mapping connections and using models of systems-thinking.
